By enrolling in the Rise & Breathe™ program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: The program is intended for individuals with chronic medical conditions. Enrollment may require a basic medical assessment or physician clearance.

2. Non-Emergency Use: This program is not designed for emergency care. In case of any medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Program Access: Access to sessions, materials, and resources is granted solely to the registered participant and is non-transferable.

4. Confidentiality: All personal health information shared with our team will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Session Rescheduling: Sessions missed without 24-hour prior notice will not be rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.

6. Non-Refundable: All program fees are non-refundable, as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Right to Modify: Rise & Breathe™ reserves the right to update program content, session schedules, or terms at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes.

8. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior with staff and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
